Pre-Order window: 2-3 weeks
Delivery Time: Once your order has shipped, it will take 3-5 business days (does NOT include weekends or holidays)! You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
Do you ship International?
- Currently no, we only ship within the US. We are hoping to expand to international orders in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
Delays in shipping
- Due to delays in domestic shipping services affected by the pandemic, we cannot supply guaranteed arrival dates.
Do you offer Returns?
Unfortunately once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you put in the wrong information. All sales are final so please review and confirm everything before you place your order.

Any damaged, defective, and/or misprinted goods are eligible for returns/refunds within 2 weeks after the product has been received. Please contact us at email@example.com with photos of the damaged item(s). If the package was lost in transit, any claims must be submitted no more than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Do discount codes expire?
Please keep in mind that discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time that your order is placed.
I received the wrong order
If you receive an incorrect order, we are so sorry for the mix-up! Please contact our Customer Care with your order number and pictures of the following:

a picture of the incorrect product
